Card rejected and arrogant staff

Tried to do some shopping at your killarney mall branch, presented my bidvest visa card as I have used it there before, next thing it is declined, I knew full well there were funds available, Went to the atm and drew the cash, go back to pay I am told that I must get back into the q as my order has been cancelled, told them to leave it as I have already waited in the q while your till people took there time with customers in front of me, So now all of a sudden clicks dosent accept debit visa cards, unprofessional and arrogant attitude, cancel my member ship, I will do my shopping elsewhere as clearly my money does not interest you and I have spent quiet a bit at your store. GOODBYE
