Unhappy with service received

Morning, i had purchased an entertainment tv stand and a coffee table a month ago. I moved to a new house last week and when i had tried to assemble them, found it a bit daunting and complicated and a few carpenters did not want to attempt to assemble them. I called Eric, whom was not in, but returned my call on Thursday the 24th October 2013. I told him about the trouble i was having and if he could assist with helping with the assembly or recommending someone. He told me that he would call me the next day and have it sorted out for me. No response, no call back, nothing. I eventually had it assembled yesterday and when we read the instructions it states that the the place you purchase it from is responsible for the assembly at your residence.
Its not an issue but highly disappointed with the level of service.
