I went to buy a bicycle which was on sale at the time, and that was the begining of my problems, i was 1st told i need to assemble it myself and they said it was easy, took it home but couldnt and brought it back and they helped me. 2 days later when i ride it a peddle fell off, i had to again take it back, they said they had fixed it, took it back one ride and the same peddle fell off, took it back, now the guys were anoyed by me and were of the impression that it was my fault, so when i took it back, i told them i want a different brand, exchanged it took another one, and same story about assembling started, they gave me a box with abicycle, and i told them i cant assemble it, and they told me they dont assemble on Saturdays (policy), and i could see they really didint want to help me here, so i said to them they can then give me the assembled one from the shelf, which also was not satisafctory from my side, now i see that they have not fitted all the parts into the bicucle, now am very upset by this type of service, and this going back and forth to the store every second week for more or less the same thing. i dont think this is what Makro brand is all about. anyone to please hel
