On 09/07/2013 @ approximately 13:27 I purchased an office table from the store. The office table was presented & advertised in the catalogue & I showed the sales lady pictures of the table. We concluded the deal & she trolleyed the sealed boxes to me. I paid & got home & started assembly. The picture on the assembly description showed the table I wished to purchase, however after assembly to my surprise I was given a table which I did not purchase. I immediately called the store & said to the manager & sales lady that I am not happy. Nel the manager told me that he check his stock & only now realized that the manufacturer gave them the wrong boxes - was this not supposed to be checked prior to my purchase? ( making his problem mine) I told them to come and fetch the good & return my cash as I will buy from house and home what I wish to purchase. I involved happy from h/o however it was just a waste of time as he referred all back to Nell. They promised to eft my monies back of which I have not revived up to date. They also were supposed to collect the table yesterday morning of which has not occurred. Pathetic promises made & non deliverance. Matter still unresolved. Poor manageme
