Absolutely No service and rude Personnel at store

About 4 months ago I ordered flooring from this store, they never bothered to respond. After calling numerous times with no answer for hours, and no help what so ever from the person working in that department, I eventually spoke to the manager who claimed she would order the flooring for me, now another month later, I still have nothing! No call to explain what is happening or if they are able to order for me.
I have a preschool and want to redo the whole school, I wanted this done a long time ago and ordered the flooring in advance, but yet still nothing. This is just pathetic. They also do not care about how they speak to their clients either.
