Hi,

I have been doing some research on laminate flooring on the internet for an extension I am building.

I contacted Kenneth at Barrow flooring and although he is in Johannesburg he arranged for samples to be delivered to me the next day (I am in Cape Town). They were couriered to my door at no cost to myself.

I then asked for additional samples and i received the same, next day, service.

Kenneth advised me that the one more expensive floor I selected could be replaced with a cheaper product of the same quality (area of use made the price difference).

As he is not based in Cape Town he supplied me with the name of local agents who supplied the type of flooring I wanted.

I would highly recommend Kenneth and Barrow flooring. Sales service being prompt and efficicent. Definately customer centric.
