Went to Unique Flooring in Boksburg looking for laminated flooring. The only person manning the shop, George was very helpfull at that stage. They came out to our house and gave us a quote the same day. We were told that if we pay cash in advance we will get a better price. Which we did. A week later they came to install the floors. After completion there were a some stock left and they offered to take it back for a refund. Which we agreed to, and was told to stop by the shop for the money.

A week later when we went to Unique flooring to collect our refund George didn't work there anymore. The old man now working in the shop told us to get lost and that it is our problem and that he has no idea of what we are talking about. I couldn't believe my ears. The attitude! It is not just about the money but a case of principle.
I hope nobody ever uses your company again.!
