Guaranteed prizes don't exist

I purchased 3 packets of sweets and smsd the information through. Got a call from beacon to get my email, and no information was emailed to me? I was told I was a guaranteed winner and they were emailing me my choices of Prizes... Extremely disappointed as no one even called back and I had no number to follow up on.
