We placed a order for a bed on the 11 August and were promised it for the first week on September. The first week passed and on one followed up. We have contacted the store and their head office 5 times and the bed has still not been delivered despite it being promised for the 2nd week of Sept, then the 20 Sept, thn the 23 Sept. Went into the store to discuss this with the manager Emmanuel Reis and he cannot give an indication of when the bed will be delivered, wont give a refund and cannot offer any solution. Bad service all around. No bed and no solution offered.
