Beacon
No truth from Beacon, whatsoever!

I entered the Beacon competition that is currently running and I got a confirmation SMS saying that I had won and that they (Beacon) would be in touch within 72 hours. Low and behold, they did not call. I had to make a call to them and the agent gave me some poor apology. She also said that she would email the choice of prizes and I should pick one. She said the email would reach me in five minutes. This was on Friday. It is now Monday and I have not heard ANYTHING from them. These companies lure us to buy their products with competitions and when you have won they give you the run around with your price. I am really not impressed, Beacon, in fact I am very disappointed!
