Beacon maynards failed to deliver my prize

Very dissappointing incident with beacon maynards, purchased 3 packets of maynards sweets, there were stickers on the packets " the first 100 000 entries are guaranteed to win a prize, buy all 3 packs with stickers and enter all 3 unique codes to win" i smsd and they said, congrats from beacon, you have won, you will be contacted in 72hours to claim your prize, but i have not been contacted yet, i received a sms 1 week later saying that they was trying to contact me, and must call this number 0116767727, i had received absolutely no calls or missed calls from them,

I am beginning to think that this is a hoax because they never called me to claim a prize and the number that they did give in the sms was never available, i tried everyday several times. And my husband loves beacon sweets and competitions, so this is very disappointing, i never expected this from beacon
