No prize from Beacon

I buy at least 2 packets of Beacon Jelly Beans on a daily basis, as well as Jelly Babies etc. I entered the competition on 23.09.13: "The first 100 000 entries are guaranteed to win a prize, Buy all 3 packs with sticker and enter all 3 unique codes to win". I entered, received sms': Congrats from Beacon. You've won! You'll be contacted in 72hrs to claim your prize! - a lady contacted me, I gave her my email address so she could send me the claim form, no form. I phoned them 2 days later, I'm still waiting for my claim form now 1200 hrs later!

I think it's pathetic how a company like Beacon their customers like that! I mostly buy Beacon products - maybe its time to change...
