Cheated, mocked and humiliated

I am so extremely upset. My product was scanned in wrong and then I was mocked, laughed at and humiliated by Enrico (Houseware manager) and Sandra (Refunds) of PicknPay Hypermarket in Brackenfell. This has ruined my whole day. Your standards have really dropped shockingly! Enrico is extremely bombastic, obnoxious, loud and unprofessional. He caused a scene when he explained that the Scan right guarantee did not apply to me because my product did not have a barcode on! This after I told the cashier it was R25 after she argued that it was R29-99. Then she still decided to ring it up for R25-99. When I went back to check it was confirmed for R25. What kind of a business are you running? Asking any price you like then making up a story about there not being a barcode and therefore the Scan right guarantee does not apply? Then I have to endure this loud bombastic Enrico character causing a scene in the shop. Furthermore, Sandra laughed in my face when he wouldn't comply with your scan right guarantee policy. I am extremely unsatisfied, shocked and disgusted by your company and I want to take this matter further.
