Out of stock items

On 03 October 2013 I went to Game Zevenwatch Mall in Kuils River to buy a box (100) of Lifestyle Panty Liners which was on sale (promotion) at R29.90. They did not have stock in the shelves, (the promotion started the previous day - 02.10.2013) I then went to their customer service desk and upon enquiry Mr John de Kock advised that they were having problems with their suppliers as I also mentioned that it was not the first time they had a promotion and were out of promotional items. I requested a rain cheque (callback request voucher, ref: 327/131003/0165). On 13 October 2013 I was at the mall and decided to go check as I have not heard anything from them, they still did not have any stock in the shelves so I concluded that maybe it has not arrived yet and did not bother with another rain cheque as I still have the last one. I still have not received any feedback or response from them to advise when they will have stock. Kindly help
