I wrote a complaint about two cans of Axe deodorant I bought and found the spray nozzles to be faulty. I then received a response from Zama apologising for the inconvenience this had caused, I was then asked to send the batch codes as well as my postal address which I did on the 29th of August 2013 at 11:27am, I heard nothing back from Zama, so I wrote another e-mail on the 13th September 2013 at 3:36pm enquiring as to what is happening in terms of my complaint. It has been more than a month since my first correspondence with Zama and I still have yet to hear anything back? Will someone please let me know what is happening?
