Poor Service

I purchased a bed not too long ago, and the sides of the bed is sagging.

I have called them to come and have a look at the bed, but they did not get back to me as yet.

I keep on calling them, and tell me they coming to have a look, but up until today they didn't come yet.

I would like some feedback on this please
