Response to false accusation

We were falsely accused of at the Plattekloof PnP branch by an outsourced security company. We thank PnP for the quick response and action taken to try and make up for this unfortunate event. Unfortunately we cannot erase the past but we cannot bear a grudge against PnP as a group for one persons bad judgement. We are glad to hear that the security company moved this security officer to a different environment where she will not deal directly with customers and not fire her as our intention was not to destroy someones livelihood.
