Falsely accused

We were falsely accused of at the Plattekloof PnP branch by an outsourced security company. We thank PnP and Phangela Group for the quick response and action taken to try and make up for this unfortunate event. Unfortunately we cannot erase the past but we cannot bear a grudge against PnP or Phangela Group for one persons bad judgement. We are glad to hear that the security company moved this security officer to a different environment where she will not deal directly with customers and not fire her as our intention was not to destroy someones livelihood. We hope she has learn't a lesson that there a consequences to our actions and that we should think before we make react.
