The couch that i bought a year ago webbing is already going. Called the customer service centre and was promised that someone will come look at it. Nothing was ever booked. Then out of the blue received a phone call to say someone will come to collect my couch and give me a replacement couch until this is sorted.this was in December. In January I had to call again to find out when exactly this will happen. I eventually got a confirmation of this. Today when they were suppose to collect and deliver i find out that the time agreed is not the time that the delivery will take place, they called to say they were at the house, only to find out they had the wrong address. I spoke to Valencia and she said she will find out if they will deliver to the right address, time went past and no call. Called her again. Again she will find out where they are. Then I receive a call from Colette to apologies for the mix up but they will not collect today, will have to reschedule. This has been going on for over two months now. We pay so much for quality and this is what we get. I am not impressed at all.
