And new bush cutter not working after 2ND time

Aught a brandnew bush cutter used it ones the second time the motor dosnt want to start and starter seazed game dont even want to replace the item and main thing its not a producked you going to use 30 times with in 7 days
and the surves at game from the staff there is up to and dosnt even know whats going on inside the shop you strugling to get what you want i think they get jobs for doing nothing just waisting money on them!!!
