Expensive jean only lasts months

Around four months ago, we bought a pair of Lee jeans, thinking it will be quality. Shocker. After about four months, it starts tearing around the back pockets. The thread is also coming loose. And no. I do not have the slip anymore. It was bought on my account. I have jeans of more than 5 years old bought at Pep stores that are better quality.
