Bad selling practices!!

What a huge disappointment - ordered a camera lens - seller already sold and listing not removed(???), then told by Kalahari that a refund had been done - That was on the 26th June, still no money back in my account, then get a mail on the 1st from kalahari saying that the money had been transferred, now have to wait a further 3 - 7 days for the money to reflect, that will take it to almost half a month without either goods nor money!!! What a huge f...-up, not even a sorry from kalahari, nor will they dare follow up on the payment to make sure I receive it immediately, never mind the fact that as a pro photographer the lens is needed or the monies in order to fix the stuff up that kalahari has created. WOULD NOT USE THIS SITE EVER AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
