Stink service and bad attitude

Wanted to purchase a Christmas tree at Game that they had on display- there were a few on display. Told no stock sorry, have to go to Fourways. I have a 3 year old in the trolley and my 2 year old sleeping on my shoulder. I ask for a trolley with baby chair to lay my sleeping child in and get ignored, after waiting almost 30 mins with no assistance i ask for the manager who was not available and i get redirected to a rude assistant manager. When i ask him could i please buy the tree on display he just walks away and leaves me standing. I go to Themba who i saw before looking for the tree and ask for help. He doesn't even greet me, answers a call while i am talking and starts walking away. Its totally rude and Game is pathetic. Specially for it being a new store you think they would strive on new customers and keep Games name on high standards. i felt humiliated. No one would communicate with me. When i told the assistant manager i was not happy he said 'Im so sorry U R NOT HAPPY" How do u display something for sale when there is no stock. Its pathetic, so i took down the displayed xmas tree and paid for it. After a whole hour of pathetic service. i will never come back there.
