No Service what-so-ever!

I went into the Boksburg HiFi to purchase an DStv Explora. After entering the store and walking to the TV section, 4 staff members including a salesman on crutchers walked in and out of the TV display area but nobody approached me to ask me if I needed any help. I also noticed on the display area that there where no Exploras on display. I wanted to ask if there was stock available and approached a gentleman on the opposite of the TV display tunnel but as he saw me, looked at me, he proceeded to walk off in another direction, looking very busy. I went back into the TV tunnel to see if anyone had gone back into this area and could help me. After waiting about 10 minutes in the store, I left asking the security guard if anyone worked at HiFi today. I then proceeded next door to DionWired where by I was service as I walked into the store. The saleman advised me that they had sold out of the Explora and I should try HiFi, Hirch's or Game. I went into Game and purchased the Explora there and it was cheaper than the advised price Hifi was offering it at by R300
