The Game store manager doesn’t care about clients

I after waiting too long at the till to pay the security @ the door who didn't have a name tag (told that he was Muzi) signed my slip and told me that I am not allowed to go out with that Trolley the one with a baby chair so I told him that I do understand he is doing his job but how will I carry my 1 year baby and the huge Pampers box at the same time? He told that he is doing his job I must speak to store manager. I told him to give me the solution to my problem as he sees that I have a baby and the huge box and the normal trolleys were finished so he went to the store manager (as I couldn't go to the guy as it was full) who didn't even bother to come and talk to me he just told that guy that he must stop me so the guy use a little bit of force while my baby was on that trolley. I was not even worth the manager time even thou I was the client, maybe it because I am black?? I am SO angry and disappointed at the same time as I love Game stores, I recommend it to people but this time that is going to change now and I want to also write about this on all the social networks and open a group about the bad attitude the game Manager gave me. This happened on Saturday
