A SPECIAL RUNNING FOR DEC. BUT NO STOCK???

I went past Game Vincent Park on Monday to purchase the 7 Piece Textilene Patio Set.

On arrival, there was no one around to assist us, I then had to find a staff member. This guy had no clue what I was talking about, even while I was showing him the product - he then kept quiet and told me he will call another staff member, which he never.

i then told him, I want this set (brown was on display) but want the black and grey set - he walked away came back 10min later and said there is no stock and they have no clue when they will be getting stock again.

I asked if this can please be ordered or pulled from another branch and asked how they can not have stock when the special is until late December. He told me he doesnt know, but there is no stock no where.

I then spoke to another guy, think his name was Dalo? He told me the same thing and could not give me an answer.

I then asked for the brown set, they wanted to give me the one on display which had marks etc on.. I walked away, they didnt even try.

Not nice running specials and not being able to hold stock and worse, to even let you customers know when you will get - ending in no sale what so ever!
