Poor delivery

On the 18/10/2013 i bought a chester drawer and it has not been delivered to date, its the 3rd time buying from them and they never deliver in time unless i call them and ask, this time they told me that they called and my phone was off, thats i never switch off my phone not even once. I promised myself that i will never buy from them again but they always have nice things which is why ive been going back there even after the bad experiences. I am verry angry, disappointed and tired of them.
