Delivery not as promised

I received a Phone call at 6:13 am this morning regarding a delivery of my phone the guy took my delivery address as to where it should be delivered

at 1:15 pm I called to find out the expected time of delivery only to find out that the never loaded my parcel stating that it will now only be delivered on Monday

what makes me very angry is I waited the whole day having to cancel all my appointments just because they cant give a exact time of delivery

in my profession I charge by the hour by the way

loosing money and wasting my time waiting for a package that would not have been delivered

pathetic useless and unprofessional worst service ever and unreliable poor business conduct

this is not my first package that was royally up like this I cant believe people still use courier it
