Drawer cabinet not delivered

Two weeks back I bought a F1 car bed, mattress and drawer cabinet in the Pretoria West Branch, i was serviced by the guy called Fahima, who told me that my items will be ready by following day, I must organise a bakkie to collect them, which i did, to my arrival with hired bakkie he was then starting to make enquiries to other branches/workshop if the bed is available while waiting with bakkie, I then requested them to deliver for me from their pocket, which they did, but not all my items were delivered, I called to notify them, they acknowledge and promised to deliver the cabinet following day, two days passed no cabinet, I called again then Fahim said I must call their delivery dept. to enquiry as he knows nothing and dropped the phone on my ear, Today I called them again they keep sending me from pillar to post with no answer, I want my cabinet to be delivered in my door step, I'm tired of their improper service, Please assist
