Lack of interest in preventing pilferage

During last week I wanted to purchase Davidoff Cool water aftershave from the store and the packaging appeared to have been opened. When I looked inside, about a quarter of the bottle had been used. After inspecting about four bottles, I found one that was full and purchased it. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she was not interested in doing anything about it, not even bothering to escalate it to a manager.

Yesterday, I purchased Lindor chocolates that were on special only to find that one of the boxes had half of the contents missing, compared to the other boxes.

There is a problem in the store - someone is helping themselves to the stock and there appears to be no interest in resolving this.

Not only is the store losing stock, but customers are also the unsuspecting victims - what else is being tampered with or used? I don't think I'll be using this store any more.
