Items Missing from Pakaging

I went to Makro Centurion to purchase a bottle of Van Rijn 20 year old brandy for a friends 40th birthday. They did not have stock and advised me to go to Woodmead. I went to Woodmead and after struggling to actually getting someone to assist me in opening the cabinet where the bottles are locked up we finally looked on the system and saw they had 6 in stock. The first bottle the box was so badly damaged and on the box it was market that a free Apple Ipod 2GB was in side which was of course not in the box. We looked in all 6 boxes of which all was clearly tampered with and the Ipods were nowhere to be found. I asked the person on duty if they can request a proper box with the correct goods in side and I was told no.

Now I'm paying for a bottle of Van Rijn 20 year R1200 with a box that is torn and giving it to a friend and it says on the box free apple ipod 2GB - how embarrassing from my side. Makro must take that up with their staff and this is false advertising. Please go look at the rest of the 5 boxes in Woodmead and you will see the state the packaging is in and that the content has been removed.
