On the 22nd Oct I was shopping for a Anti-Virus package at the above mentioned story. While shopping, I obviously looked like I did not know what I was looking for. I was approached by a gentlemen by the name of Harry Koulountis. I received info on the correct product and purchased it. I was informed that if I had any problems with the product, that I should come and see him. I did have a problem (Not the product, but my working knowledge) On the 24th I returned to the store, and true to his word he helped me sort out my problem. I personally consider this act as an ' Over and above ' to his daily management Duties. The task was not delegated but taken care of by himself. While helping me, he still gave attention to other customers and staff. This chap is an exception manager on the floor. It is seldom that you come across a manager on the floor with this kind of customer relationship while still managing the rest of the store. He is a credit to 'Incredible Connection' (He could teach the chaps next door "@ Game" a trick or two)
