My daughter bought a Stylus Tablet, from Incredible Connection at The Glen, which I took with on holiday and lost the charger. I went to the Glen branch to buy a new charger, only to be informed by the salesman that they do not stock them?? How can they sell a product and not supply back up for it. Chargers get lost every day, or eaten by the dog, or damaged by Eskom surges and many other reasons. The salesman took down my details and promised to call me back after making further enquiries. OF COURSE, I RECEIVED NO CALL BACK! Today I tried to call the store but no answer. Eventually did answer but put me on hold for 15 minutes. I sent an e-mail to customer care but no response. Eventually I called the care line and was assisted by an agent. He called me back to say that he had contacted the store manager who would call me back momentarily, but of course still no reply from the store??
This is absolutely the worst service possible. Surely Incredible Connection cannot sell a product and not provide any back-up to their customers. I liked this tablet and planned to buy one for myself but now will not go near an Incredibly BAD Connection if this is their attitude to their customers
