I went to incredible connection for an exchange on my headsets, I spoke to Jonathan and he tested them and said he finds no fault on them, i specifically told them that they malfunction intermittently. He then said to me should they do the same thing again i must bring them back, i then asked him what if they do the same thing again (I.E should they malfunction while i am at home or at work what am i to do), His reply was you come back again for as long as you have the very same problem. I don't have the time to go back and forth with a product that is faulty and they stated that they will gladly exchange the product should it be faulty but the minute you take it back to them they don't give service. I asked for the manager and he cant seem to answer the questions i asked him. He also said you must keep coming back as there is nothing i can do. I payed for the product and now that they have my money they don't care about the customer. I spent about 30 minutes in the shop yet my problem is still not resolved. Its a disgrace that one has to keep up with such poor service from a big and reputable store. I am not happy at all with the service i got from both of them.
