COMPLAINT - BREACH OF CONTRACT

In February, I bought a Samsung Printer) at Clearwater. On the 12/10/2013, I returned the machine as it stopped working. 2 weeks later, I received a call from Incredible Connection (Clearwater) alerting me that I have to pay for the repairs. The Technician also did not know why the part that failed is not covered and assured me to escalate my case and will come back to me in about a week. She never did.
On the 2nd of November, I went to Clearwater and spoke to both the Floor Manager and the Technician. The store manager also told me that she does not understand why Samsung is saying this particular part is not covered. I then reminded her that I never engaged in any contract with Samsung but with Incredible Connection. I also told her that I was never given any paper work by Incredible Connection stipulating what parts are covered and what parts of the printer aren't. May someone please assist me here as I believe that my rights as a consumer are being violated.
