Mr Price Home
So LAZY!!!

I applied for my account online and got a response the same day, so the next day I went into mr price home to open my account. I started shopping and thought I should first make sure I can open the account. I walked up to the tills where two staff members were sitting on the till relaxing and I had to beg for help, finally they got up to call the person that can help. The lady "agnus" came out to help, her face was covered in food and her fingers were so oily, it was so disgusting that I decided I'd rather open my account another day. Anyway I decided to buy the items I got together with cash. When I got to the tills, the two staff members were so unhelpful and told me the tills upstairs are open and that I must go up stairs to pay. Right there and then I left my trolley and left! I will NEVER shop at any mr price again because all the staff are rude, uninterested and lazy! And it's not just the one store! I have never walked into any mr price where staff are actually helpful or happy! Some serious customer service training is needed! Luckily I didn't open my account, and I never will!
