My mother, Elsa van der Westhuizen ID: 5711150055082, Foschini account number 22496742, bought a Tempo watch in August 2013. After 2 weeks it stopped working. She lives in Bela Bela, so had to travel to Polokwane to return it.
The manager advised her that it would have to be sent to the factory which would take 6 weeks.
After 6 weeks having heard nothing further I had to phone to find out if the watch was back.
When I want to collect it, it was given to me with no packaging, documentation or new guarantee.
Two weeks later the watch once again stopped working so my mother decided to return it for credit.

When I went to the branch to do so for her, the manager, Annelisa Ferns asked for the documents she insisted she had given me when I collected the watch. She then proceeded to be extremely rude, to which I voiced my objection.
By now, the other three assistants were passing derogatory remarks in their own language, unaware that my companion, who had brought the watch from Bela Bela, could understand them!!

Eventually, after insisting on a fax from my mother, the credit was passed - almost an hour later!
