Pathetic customer care on reject item bought

I purchased a top lst satrday, the top was of very bad quality wen i wore it it made my underwear black (being it originally white) i took it back the sunday thts passed and shwed them what it did to my bra (woolies expensve underwear) promsed to get a call back by monday, today being thursday have not heard nothing logged a complaint on their website nbo one responds logged a report on facebook no response why am i not surpised as the service is shocking, when u call the greenstnenumber it either just rings or the phne is opff the hook!!! THEN WEN I GO IN ON THE WEEKEND they will tell me again there is no manager on duty like they did last weekend therefore no one can help, i cannot believe a store that is so well known after taking ur money doesnt even have the decency to gve the customers feedbck, Totally unnacceptable- not to mention they still have my bra that i paid for .im totally annoyed with ths useless shop and will NOT put my foot in another truwrths store and i will take my complaint further!!!
