After making a lump sum payment of r3000 towards my account in February 2013, my debit order had been taken by some clever jack in Edgars! Therefore I had continued purchasing unaware that my debit order had been taken off! Till one day I was advised I no longer had a debit order in place, I was told to go to customer service to put it back on, due to time I didn't as I was in a hurry that day! no one ever bothered contacting me or informing me about the matter! my account has always been up to date, I don't believe in paying for things and standing in queues, that's the last thing I want to do! I have been unemployed for 8 months and recently got a job, so thoughtfully I was going to go and make payment arrangements since seeing I no longer had this debit order on my account! but no! some clever Jack decided to realise I have debit order details ALREADY there, lets put it back on without contacting the customer! Stupid dumbass whoever you are!! 6 months later you wanna do it without making contact!! You are incompetent and so unprofessional!!! I never said delete my debit order after a lump sum payment!!! You people are pathetic!!
