I had placed two orders. According to Homechoice, we are supposed to inform them if we are unhappy about parcels delivered, within 14 days. Mails were sent to homechoice, they called to ask about PAYMENT, but I did inform them about their wrong deliveries. They requested I send back the parcels via courier, which I tried doing. Unfortunately the courier refused because the parcels were overweight, then I informed home choice of that. They then made two appointments, for them to come pick up the wrong deliveries, but they didn't come on both occasions. I saw the wrong deliveries when they were delivered, but the delivery guy insisted it was not procedure for him to return with wrong goods when delivered. He said procedure was to report the wrong goods first. I'm lying with a problem because Homechoice handed me over to a debt collecting company (VVM). VVM frequently promises to escalate the matter back to homechoice for them to fix. VVM twice put the account on hold, but the account was realised without feedback to me. VVM is on my case about payments, I'm still with two wrong deliveries in my garage that I reported but expected to pay for, without being assisted in any way.
