I had ordered two products from Kalahari and they, evidently, complete deliveries of goods via your company. They were available to be delivered (From Cape Town to Pretoria) on the 22nd of December. Upon reviewing the status of my parcels on your website on the 24th, it read that they were both "out for delivery", great, just in time for Christmas! Alas, you were "Unable to complete the delivery" according to Kalahari and that is quite understandable, considering that it was the festive season and they are a slightly bigger than the previous parcels you delivered to my residence. There have been two occasions for you to complete delivery of the parcels since then, however, namely the 27th and today (the 30th) and the status of the parcels has read, "Out for Delivery" since the 28th (a Saturday).
I understand that since it is still technically the holiday season, you may not be able to complete deliveries but I would greatly appreciate it if there were someone whom I could contact or who could contact me and enlighten me as to if and when my parcels will reach me or if alternative arrangements should be made.
