In 2012, my mother placed an order with Homechoice & goods were delivered to our neighbours, only to find that the neighbours had opened the box and had some of the goods. After filing affidavits with Homechoice & partly paying for goods I thereafter requested that all goods are to be delivered on weekends. Homechoice ignored my request & continued delivering to the neighbours. After numerous complaints with call centre agents (who informed me that they donnot control the couriers) & again in September & now 12 December 2013 couriers are still delivering my orders to my neighbours. After speking to Imteshaam (management) who promised me in Septeber 2013 that they would resolve my problem, nothing has been done. No surprise, I actually caught the courier delivering directly to the neighbours without even knocking on my door and after finding that they do have my correct address on their waybill. Dumbfounded management at Homechoice have apologised but I am afraid that they will ignore me once more. I am now fed up of complaining, for in fact I am charged for delivery & have a right to request that something drastic should be done.
