I want raise a complain again to EDCON, following up the query about policies processed under my name and even today no body came back to me since 05-10-2013. I only receive a call this morning about my account in areas which includes premiums for the policies which I know nothing about but they are demanding payments before the initial query is resolved. Again teach your consultant to have good telephonic tone when speaking to the customer especially when the store is at fault, I did not like the tone of the consultant like raising a voice and not lessening to my problem against the EDCON, I agree you can defend the store but lesson to the problem too. You are so bully, I never skip my monthly instalment except in September because my problem is not yet resolved i'm still waiting for the concrete feedback. lastly I need all my monthly statements from July 2013. You are best to call customers to collect money unlawful but you are not effective to resolve queries you caused. I want the policies to be reversed from the date they were reactivated without my approval, I need proof that I did approve those policies even today nobody is giving me the proof.
