The are policies put under my name without my consent, this things were cancelled way back in 2007 when I open the account and they were again reactivated this year February. When I enquire through their call centre nobody want to tell me exactly who did that and from which store, I was also promised that one of the managers will call me about this Issue even to date nobody call me, I have been sent from pillar to post, further I went to Edgars South gate but that didn't help. I want the policy to be cancelled from the date they were activated under my profile because I didn't authorise any one to activate them, but I was told that they can not reverse them meaning that the store (EDCON) is taking advantage of our records. I even ask the proof no one want to show me the proof that shows that I accepted those policies. I hope your intervention will bare fruits. Even in June 2013 there were 3 policies added on my profile without my consent, fortunately I picked them earlier. I believe that my monthly instalment is high because of these policies.
