BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased a box of choc chip cookies from my local woolworths, inside one of the cookies I found apiece of plastic that resembles a fish bone!!! Thank goodness I saw it before consuming it! Consuming a piece of plastic can be devastating to my health, even fatal!!
I reported the problem to woolworths via email, got an automated email back saying response time is 48 hours! IT TOOK THEM 10 WORKING DAYS (EXCL WEEKENDS) to get back to me!! they finally emailed me back and asked for the product detail, and collection address as the faulty cookies need to go back to suppler... WELL that was 3 days ago!!! STILL AWAITING RESPONSE, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE DETAIL WAS RECEIVED OR APOLOGY!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Woolworths is so disappointing!! A store I considered a quality, value for money store has now become a, waste your money store that does not care about its customers!!
