Ordered online in Sept, still hasn't arrived!

I placed an order online in September which never arrived! At the beginning of October I contacted Woolworths and they said the driver attempted to make the delivery but brought the goods back to the store. I was told they'd send it out again. I then left to go overseas for 3 weeks and assumed all was in order and that my delivery would be waiting for me at home when I got back. Still nothing. So I contacted Woolworths again. This time no response besides their automatic email to say they received my complaint and would get back to me.
