Late delivery and Poor Service

I placed an order for a corner slouch unit 7 weeks ago. I was told between 4-6 weeks for delivery. I have had no after sales service. I phoned the Design Quarter branch where i placed my order twice and both times the person i spoke to was not particularly interested. I am very diasappointed as the previous order I placed i had such excellent service and the irony is that it was for a much smaller order than this... So what happened this time. I am also schocked by the number of reports on Hello Peter for Coricraft!! This surely is not a good sign. At tnis stage i think I will be better of getting back my deposit and going elsewhere.
