Goods not delivered as promised####Poor Service###

I made a purchase at coricraft on the 12/10/13 i was advised that the Tambora 2 seater and Tambora 3 seater is in the capetown and that i will receive my whole order in two weeks time on the 26/10/13 and they advised me that i will be contacted closer to the delivery and that did not happen, i then contacted them on the 01/11/2013 wanting to know what is happening with my order i was first told i have an outstanding balance of R500 which was crazy as i had payed for all the goods the same time when i made a pruchase on the 12/10/2013 spoke to lady called Musa who told me that the 3 seater was damaged and was removed from the order once again no one called me to advise me on this.i was then told by musa that she cannot confirm anything and that on the 02/11/2013 i will be called by the lady from the warehouse the lady called me on the 02/11/13 but it seemed like she does not have any idea on the progress of the order as she was also telling me a different story.my take on this situation is CORICRAFT is offering the worst service to their customers not sticking to their promise am still sitting here and no one has even bothered to call me and tell me what is happening
