Still can't get an order right after 2 months

I purchased the Samsung S4 bundle of accessories deal from Dealclick on 16 August 2013. I waited 3 weeks and still nothing. So I phoned them and got told that the supplier hadn't delivered anything to them yet but that they were expecting it that Wednesday and I'd have what I paid for delivered the following Monday 9 Sep 13. Didn't get anything, so I phoned again on the Wednesday 11 Sep 2013. Got told that they were sending their own guy up to the supplier and he would either find out what's stalling the delivery or bring it over himself so they could dispatch it to me. Nothing happened for another week and I phoned back the Friday 20 Sep 13 only to be told that they received the stock and delivered to the buyers but there wasn't enough stock and I was one of the people who fell short of that delivery. I saved my breath and waited for the order to arrive. It did. On 8 October 2013. But that's not all folks... the order was incomplete, I received everything except the thing I actually wanted: The car stand and bracket. I wrote to them on their website thereafter and never heard a single thing back. Still haven't gotten what I paid for to this day. Not even an excuse. Disgusting.
