Dishwasher not delivered

I purchased a DEFY metallic dishwasher on 30 March 2013 for delivery. To date, the product has STILL not been delivered! There are always excuses about No stock/ suppliers/warehousing and that it should come in 'next week'. I keep on having to call them, and nobody gets back to me. why do they ALWAYS advertise products that you have no stock of? My money has been sitting with them for over a month and I demand to be compensated.
